Maharashtra PCB Circular On Condition To Be Incorporated In The Consent To Establish And Operate
The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board vide circular No MPCB/AS(T)/TB-17 has issued a circular regarding factories, establishments that store/handle/process the Hazardous Chemicals stating that it has decided to incorporate the following condition in the consent to establish/operate/renewal, "The Industry shall obtain the necessary permission from the Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH)."
